Located ½ block from NH’s Premier State Beach. This large house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 open loft bedrooms also with double beds, and a master king bedroom. All beds will be dressed with professionally laundered sheets and pillow cases. There is a bathroom with a large shower and bedroom on the first floor along with a dining room, spacious kitchen and a washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find a large living area with a TV, a gaming area which includes a foosball and pool table, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a full size tub. You can sit and relax on the porch out front or on the balcony located on the second floor. This house sleeps 10 but we allow up to 12 people. We provide 3 parking spaces, A/C, wifi, cable and gas grill w/ gas.
