Great location near beach and local spots.. Staff is very friendly. I had a two bedroom in one of the homes which was very cute inside, nice front porch for people watching. Enjoyed it and would stay there again for sure. Tracu

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The house that we rented, while a little dated was comfortable, inviting and fit six of us perfectly! It was very close to the beach, great resteraunts and of course all the fun shopping and entertainment Hampton Beach has to offer. Highly recommend! Nicole

We stayed here To save a long drive home after a show at the casino ballroom. It was within walking distance to lots of things which was great. The room was exactly as advertised. A Traveler  

I stay out in Hampton at least one weekend a month in the summer. First time staying here in about 4 years. I got an updated room with beautiful wood flooring. This place has much improved and is a lot better than other places I have recently stayed at..

Looking for a last minute getaway? This is the place. Having stairs at another Red Jacket property I thought I’d give one a try, so worth it. I came during the office season, the first weekend in June, perfect for a couple or with the family. The facilities are clean, the rooms are comfortable, service outstanding. Being right on the beach makes it that much more perfect! Seeing that it was last minute and just for The weekend the location and amenities were so convenient. The resort and service surpassed all my expectations, I will definitely come back here again!

Had rented a house with my buddies for the week and between Igor and Nick we were treated like family right from the start. Best hospitality one could ask for on their vacation, both guys had remembered our names, and were always walking around and asking if we needed anything, making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We can’t wait to be back again next year, thank you Nautical Motel for providing the best hospitality on Hampton Beach! Aron R

Rooms are not luxurious but adequate and clean for a beech stay. Staff was great and location was perfect. Lots going on within walking distance

Rented their house on M Street for New year’s Eve. There was 10 of us, house was very nice had pool table and foosball table. Towels and linens were all clean, people were very nice we definitely rent this again. John Rondeau
